What is the warranty of your products?
We offer 5-7 years warranty depending on the specific application requests and project requirements.
What about the lead time for orders?
Generally 3-7 days for samples and 10-20 days for mass production based on order quantities.
How do you deal with faulty products?
Our products are produced under strict quality control (defective rate < 0.1%). Within the warranty period, we provide new lights or components for replacement based on the actual situation.
